She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bechard and Jean Bechard (Vanlannen); and her brother David Bechard. She is survived by: her husband Bob Eggleston; her sons, Mike (Amy) and Chris (Aimee); her grandchildren, Julia, Elliott, Alex, Erin and Parker; her sisters, Mary LeBeau (Roger), Jane DeFrance (Charles) and Karen Bechard; and her sister-in-law Joan Bechard.
In lieu of contributions to the family, donations can be made to the Benzie Conservation District or the local PBS station WCMU (Central Michigan University) Public Media, or simply "pay it forward" to someone in need.
