He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Flaherty and Imelda Schulte Flaherty; and his brothers, Mike and Dan. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ann (Lake Erie); his children, Lisa (Ahmed), Laura (Terry) and Sean (Julie); and his brother Tim (Maureen). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Patrick's memory to the United Way or St. Francis Church in Traverse City.
