He is survived by: his wife Myra Wort of Indianapolis; his children, Jeffrey Jones (Christina Witulski) and Julee Boucard (Jones); his grandchildren, Kelsey Smith (Jones), Alison Rzepecki (Jones), Haley Jones, Anna, Patrick and Jack Boucard; and his great grandchildren, Graham and Kennedy Rzepecki.
