He was predeceased by: his father Paul Reed. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Reed (Scott); his children, Bryan Reed (Katherine) and Lisa Hamm (David); his granddaughter Amanda Reed; and his sisters, Joretta Vandiver and Cynthia Townsend. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
