It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Henry Forraht of Berrien Springs, Michigan, who passed away on December 14, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Forraht (Hemming) and Henry Forraht. He is survived by: his wife Sally Jane Forraht (Brown) of Berrien Springs, MI; his children, Doug Forraht (Suzy), Jennifer Cummings (Geoff) and Donnalee Forraht; and his sister Betty Backus (Mike). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church of Glendora (1733 W Glendora Rd, Buchanan, MI 49107). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church (1733 W Glendora Rd, Buchanan, MI 49107).
Memorial contributions may be given in Roy's honor to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church.
