He is survived by : his son David Chad (Jeannine); his grandson Chase Simcoe; his sister MaryLou Midbrod; his nephews, Bill Midbrod (Dawn) and Grant Midbrod (Ricki); his great-niece Rebekah of Eldora, Iowa; his niece Melissa Simcoe; his great-niece Ella of Ironwood; his sister-in-law Barbara Simcoe; his niece Emily; his nephews, Michael (Heather) and Josh Zolecki (Erica); his friend Shawn Koski (JoJo); and his pet Zebco.
