She was predeceased by : her parents, Massimo Mattie and Mamie Mattie (Borgo); her husband Toivo W. "Cuddy" Kyrola of Mary's Catholic Church; her sister Jennie; her brother-in-law Joe Bravatto Sr.; her brother James Mattie; and her siblings-in-law, Eric and Ruth Kettula.

She is survived by : her daughters, Nancy Wiita (Mark) and Kathy Caudell (Stacy); her granddaughter Julie Kurutz (Keith); and her great grandchild Elle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
