He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Reed; his daughter Dorcas Humphrey; and his parents, Dr. Fred L. Small and Edith Wilson Small. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheri Williams (Terry) of Kalkaska, MI and Teresa Mattson (Marshal) of Adrian, MI. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
