He is survived by: his wife Diana Lentz; his children, Mark Lentz and Teresa Hersha-Duco (Chris Duco); his grandsons, Daniel Hersha Jr. (Cara Snider), Noah Hersha and Charles Hersha; his great grandchild Johnathan Hersha; and his sister Michaelyn Lentz.
