He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Marie (Wilkins) and Roy England. He is survived by: his wife Karyl; his children, Steve St (Melissa), Lisa Overholt (Josh), Stephanie Neitzke (Brandon), Heather, Travis, Kristy (Brian), Jimmy John (Ginger) and Paul; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Kaitlyn, Tyler, Abigail, Alyea, Oliver, Ella, Rashelle, Brooke and Mason; and his sisters, Dawn Brown (Duane) and Tammy Kirby (Scott). He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, as this would have been Steve's wish.
