He is survived by: the mother of his children Lori Hakim; and his siblings, Robert Hakim (Lynne), Benita Hakim (Dan Donohue), Carolyn Hakim Koprince, Nicole Hakim Yohn (Chris) and Derrick Hakim (Debbie).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. J. Desmond & Sons (Vasu, Rodgers & Connell Chapel) (32515 Woodward Ave, Royal Oak, MI 48073). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 9:30 AM and at 10:00 AM at the Mother of God Chaldean Catholic Church (25585 Berg Rd, Southfield, MI 48033). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (25800 W 10 Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033).
