He was predeceased by: his brother Dr. Norman Bolton (late Sheila); and his parents, Bernard Bolton and Esther Bolton. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Jane Kelley; his children, Laurel Jeffries (Craig), Sabrina Bolton, Alexi Bolton (Sean Tom) and Jacob Bolton; his grandchildren, Vivian, Zane and Elias; and his brother Kenneth Bolton (late Paula). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
