He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Pagen (Chicka) and Thomas Pagen. He is survived by: his wife Emily; his children, Renée MacDougall (Pagen) and William "Bill" Pagen; his grandchildren, Audrey MacDougall Wimmer, Daniel MacDougall, Peter MacDougall, Nicklas Pagen, Thomas Pagen, Jonathan Pagen and Miranda Pagen; and his great grandchildren, Anselm Wimmer, Ruth MacDougall and Isla MacDougall.
