Daniel Scalici Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Scalici in Big Rapids, Michigan, born in Warren, Michigan, who passed away on December 4, 2025 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Daniel Scalici to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Scalici and Betty Scalici (Poikey). He is survived by: his wife Eleanor (Catalano); his sons, Michael (Kristine) and Stephen (Anna); his granddaughters, Francesca and Gianna; and his brothers, Dave (Rita) and Dennis (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Church (2230 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the West Catholic Falcon Annual Fund, to support tuition assistance.
