David Paul Nelson Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Paul Nelson of Big Rapids, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 6, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Nelson and Molly Nelson (Karner); and his daughters, Tanya and Kristen. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Nelson; his son Kyle Nelson; his sister Tina Doorn; his aunt Joanne Karner; and his cousins, Jeff Karner (Marg), Lee Karner (Becky), Robbie Karner (Barbara), Sandy Mayer (George), Carl Reiman and Paul Reiman.
