He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Powley and Maxine Powley (McGuire); and his siblings, Terry and Diane. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Edward Powley and Olivia Rose Powley; his granddaughter Ella Powley; and his brothers, Tom (Maria) and Don Powley (Betty). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
