She was predeceased by : her parents, Gordon Baker and Marilyn Baker (Anderson); her husband Douglas Schmidt; and her brother Tom Baker. She is survived by : her sons, Mark L. Danielson of Big Rapids, Steven Danielson (Jessica Johnson) of Big Rapids and Derek Danielson of Reed City; her grandchildren, Braylan and Carly Danielson; her stepdaughters, Kali Mazzenga (Michael) of Clarkston and Kasey Schmidt of Big Rapids; her stepgrandson Logan Mazzenga; her sisters, Susan Aberly of Norway and Diane Thorpe (Larry) of Toivola; and the father of her children Mark K. Danielson of Amble. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Jayne's name to Newaygo County Compassion Home, where Doug resided before he passed, 20 South Stewart Avenue, Fremont, MI 49412.
