He was predeceased by: his parents, John Patrick and Myrtle Patrick (Taylor); his son Dale; and his sisters, Joy Bishop and Barbara Patrick.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wells; his children, David Patrick (Suzanne), Marilou Clary (David) and Lynda Thorp (David); his daughter-in-law Diane Patrick; his brother John Patrick (Jeanne); his grandchildren, Alan Patrick (Jenn), Dawn Patrick, Chad Patrick, Kristi King (Quentin), Eric Patrick (Michelle), Heather Prestly (Brian) and Alivia Thorp; and his great grandchildren, Shyann, Kayden, Erica, Aidyn, Kiera, Charlie, Oliver and Kamdyn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion in Big Rapids.
