Nancy E. Burmeister Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy E. Burmeister of Big Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on August 26, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Hodges and Anne Hodges (Henry). She is survived by: her children, Jesse Stuart Burmeister, Jacob "Jay" William Burmeister and Leah Joy Burmeister; her husband Bill; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Emily, Hannah, Ameer, Rick, Mack, Luke, Sariah, Ella, Estephen and Oliver.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to FLOW (For the Love of Water) Traverse City, the Muskegon River Watershed Assembly and/or United Church of Big Rapids.
