She was predeceased by: her parents, Seamer Stickler and Olive Stickler (Rees); her husband Gordon Stratz; her grandson Matthew Hansen; and her siblings, Jean May, Ada May, Alma Henning, Glen, Jerry and Lloyd Stickler.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Kelley, Charlene Hansen (Warren), Karl Stratz (Deb), Steve Stratz (Denise), Michael Stratz (Danora) and Joni Luce (Kyle); and her siblings, Linda Knobloch (Bill) and Jack Stickler (MaryAnn). She is also survived by grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Daggett Gilbert Funeral Homes (13985 Northland Dr, Big Rapids, MI 49307). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (1009 Marion Ave, Big Rapids, MI 49307). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
