He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Sullivan and Richard Sullivan; his siblings, Albert Sullivan, Jana Bishop and Margaret Sullivan; and his parents-in-law, Stephen and Claudine Fisher.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Sue Sullivan; his children, Megan Sundquist (Ronald Sundquist), Warren Sundquist and Jamie Cicala (Frank Cicala); his grandchild Blair Cicala; his great grandchild Stephen Sullivan; and his siblings, Michael Sullivan (Diane), Frank Sullivan, Mark Sullivan (Sue), Catherine Ostermeyer, Elizabeth Sullivan, Laura Jakes, Ruth Jones (Mike) and Sue Jones (Tom). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
