She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Leyanna and Frances Leyanna (Schorr); her husband John Renne; her sisters, Emiliana Barnes and Petronella Rickaby; her grandsons, Joseph Jr. Renne and Eli Clementshaw; and her daughter-in-law Darlene Renne.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Renne, Edward Renne (Barb), Marlene Renne, Irene Clementshaw (Gary), Paul Renne (Shelly), Mark Renne (Susan), Bernard Renne (Karen), Leo Renne, Mary McNeilly (Mark), Geralyn Renne and Therese O'Brien (Tom); and her sister Ursula Lennon. She is also survived by 11 children, 31 grandchildren, 67 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (1009 Marion Ave, Big Rapids, MI 49307). A rosary was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Tressie's name may be made to St. Mary-St. Paul Ministries in Big Rapids.
