He is survived by: his wife Shirley Balliet; his children, Cathy Metzler (Jim) and Philip Balliet (Michelle); his grandchildren, Melanie Ledford (Joel), Alicia Coates (Major), Jordan Balliet and Jake Balliet; and his great grandchildren, Sierra and James Ledford.
