She was predeceased by: her mother Janet Pruis (Norris); and her brother Jeffrey Pruis. She is survived by: her father Larry Pruis; her children, Jeffrey Haley and Alicyn Church (Andrew); her grandson Leland Church; and her siblings, Jill Yatsevich (Brett), Bonnie Carter (Todd) and Matthew Pruis (Elaine). She is also survived by Many loving nieces, nephews, other family members and dear friends.
