He was predeceased by: his parents, George Samu and Julia Samu; his children, Dawn Creighton and Scott Samu; and his sister Irene Barnes.
He is survived by: his son Dan Samu; his grandchildren, Anthony Zietz, David Hayes and Grace Hayes; his great grandchild Oakleigh Zietz; and his brother Joe Samu.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Homes - Birch Run Chapel (8116 Main St, Birch Run, MI 48415). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Saint Charles and Helena Catholic Church.
