He is survived by: his wife Annie Cunningham; his children, Brad Cunningham (Rhea) and Stefanie Williams (DJ); his grandchildren, Drew Williams, Ruby and William Cunningham; his siblings, Dave Cunningham (Melody), Sarah Bostwick (John) and Rhonda Mulligan; and his in-laws, Tom Scott (Carol), Kerry Weaver (Dale) and Don Scott (Anne). He is also survived by family members and friends.
