She is survived by: her husband Larry Kusowski; her daughters, Rachel Woodward (Josh) and April Kusowski; her grandchildren, Levi Woodward and Sadie Woodward; her mother-in-law Bonnie Lou Kusowski; and her siblings-in-law, Terri Johnsen (Frank) and Kevin Kusowski (Sue). She is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
