He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Reuther and Florence Reuther (Scott); his wife Alice Reuther; his grandson Daniel Eichenhofer Jr.; and his siblings, Ann McCoy (Barbara Keith) and James Reuther.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shelly Eichenhofer (Dan), Kim Shepherd (Clyde) and Sherry Stanley (Moses); his grandchildren, Jamie King, Kyle Ott, Savannah Shepherd and Zach Shepherd; his great grandchildren, KayLyn King and Alice Mileski; his siblings, Shirley Van Malsen (Wes) and Linda Ashworth (Dan); and his stepbrothers, Pete Pardel (Betty), Edward Pardel (Kathy) and Stanley Pardel (Linda).
