He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Bully and Anna Bully (Arndt); his former spouses, Sina McMinn and Sina Bully; and his brother Donald Bully.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bully; his children, Bobby Bully (Samantha), Caroline Reider and Sandra Satterwhite (Joe); his grandchildren, Kristen Bully (Darin Dupre), Branden Bully, Sina Davis, Ronnie Davis (Leah), Ashlee Satterwhite and Kristopher Hall; and his brother Tom Bully (Donna). He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Homes - Clio Chapel (503 N Mill St, Clio, MI 48420). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
