It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerolene Kay Herpel of Birch Run, Michigan, who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerold Bergquist (Frances) and Leona Bergquist (Ettinger); her husband Theodore Herpel; her granddaughter Cindy Marie Lynn; her great grandchild Thomas Christopher Dickerson; and her brothers, Wayne, Roger, Jim, Bobby and Conrad.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela "Jill" Dickerson (late Daniel) of Saginaw, David "Chip" Christle, Heather Daniels, Jerimy Herpel (Erin Michelle) of Farmington Hills and Amber Herpel (Rob White) of Howell; her siblings, Tom Bergquist (Jane) of Flint and Ruth Matthews; and her sister-in-law Judy Berquist of Cadillac. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the W. L. Case and Company - Dixie (5700 Dixie Hwy, Saginaw, MI 48601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors (5700 Dixie Hwy, Saginaw, MI 48601). A burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Richland Township Cemetery.
