He was predeceased by: his father Francis VanderMeulen. He is survived by: his mother Lois VanderMeulen (Molhoek); his wife Shari VanderMeulen; his children, Traci Dusette (Steve) and Michael VanderMeulen (Celinda); his stepsons, Tobin Zientek and Robert Zientek (Sarah); his grandchildren, Matt, Kyle, Evan, Andy, Ani, Sydnee, Hunter, Hadyn, Casey, Brianna, Gabriella, Robert and Eloise; and his siblings, Jack (Betty), Donna (Bob) and Sally (Pete). He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the charity of one's choice.
