He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman E. Lewis and Faye Lewis (Leach); his brother Bill Lewis; and his grandson Clinton Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Katie Hobson (Jerry), Norman C. Lewis (Danielle), Debbie Johnson (Dave), Barbie Fisher, Kammy Austin, Jeff Armstrong, Matt Armstrong and Mike Armstrong; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Tonya, Levi, Kameo, Travis, Jessica, Colton, Davida, Laurel, Carley, Jacob, Hayden, Lexi and TJ; his siblings, Bob Lewis, Doug Lewis (Phyllis), Nancy Stewart and Jeannie Saul (Calvin); and his nephew Tom Penzkofer. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
