He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Smith and Julie Smith (Petricevic); and his brother-in-law Tom Beeckman. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Smith; his siblings, John Smith (Linda), Dave Smith and Sandy Zissler (Roger); and his close friend Art Cuthbertson.
