He is survived by: his wife Pamela Partlow; his daughters, Angela Rigda and Andrea Birchmeier (Ralph); his pet Archie; his grandchildren, Ryan Rigda (Mason), Alycia Matzke (Steven), Paul Rigda III (Betsy), Mikayla Sian (David), Hunter Roebuck, Sky Rigda and Conner Rigda; his great grandchildren, Paul IV, Olivia, Steven, Violet, Stetson, Ronan, Allison and Vander; and his siblings, Mary Cramer, Rosanne Baumgartner, Charles, Joseph and Michael Rigda.

In lieu of flowers a scholarship fund in his name will be established.
