He is survived by: his wife Barbara Waybrant of Timothy's Catholic Church; his children, Phillip Waybrant, Jr. (Colleen), Cathy Williams (Kevin), Dennis Waybrant (Tammy), Tim Waybrant and Terry Waybrant (Sharon); and his sister-in-law Lona Waybrant. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
