She is survived by: her children, Robert Forshaw (Natalie) and Sherry Gubbins; her grandchildren, Zachary Forshaw (Kristie), DaeLee Forshaw, Jeffery Gubbins, Tiffany Miller (Jacob) and Olivia Gubbins (Spencer); her great grandchildren, Lucas, Hailey and Duncan; her sister Linda Evans; her brother-in-law Robert Forshaw (Cherie); her nieces and nephews, Chris Evans (Katrina), Tonya Evans, Danielle Dawkins (Spencer), Michele Sandridge, Robin Sandridge, Terryl Swejk (Rick), Mike Battershell, Amy Baiocchi (Mike), Todd Forshaw and Justin Forshaw (Lauren); and her friend Cecilia Melton.
