Ursula A. Gawlak Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willi Berheide and Margarethe Berheide (Correll); and her daughters, Melanie Gawlak and Stephanie Tipton. She is survived by: her husband Ken Gawlak; her granddaughter Leah Gawlak; her daughter Sandra Rae; and her sister Ingrid Meyer (Hermann). She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren.
