Doris Yee Obituary

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Doris Yee of Birmingham, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 71, on October 11, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Doris is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Doris' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her brother Douglas. She is survived by: her husband Wally Hutton; her sisters, Deanna Ewing and Denise Grim (Peter); and her pets, Molly and Amber. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. John's Episcopal Church (2326 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48201).
