She is survived by: her children, David Smeak (Kathleen), Douglas Smeak (Suzanne), Daniel Smeak (Kimberly), Joanne Smeak and Jenny Smeak Cherocci (Jim); her grandchildren, Daniel Smeak (Debra), Jessica Smeak Olsen, Matthew Smeak, Cameron Smeak (Dahlia), Amanda Scott (Cameron), Delaney Smeak, Tyler Smeak, Jason Smeak (Rachel), Samantha Smeak (Patrick Sullivan), Zachary Cherocci, Justin Cherocci and Lucas Cherocci; her great grandchildren, Izabella Smeak, Elijah Smeak, Judah Smeak, Callidora Smeak, George Olsen, Austin Smeak, Addison Scott, Charlie Smeak and Annika Smeak; and her sister Catherine Ritchey Garcia.
