She is survived by: her sons, Fred Jacobs (Debra), Paul Jacobs (Lori) and William Jacobs (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Allison Jacobs (Chad Mahakian), Michael Jacobs (Anne Petrokubi), Natalie Jacobs, Ava Jacobs and Reid Jacobs; her great grandchild Sydney Mahakian; and her caregiver Cindy Hicks. She is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
