He was predeceased by : his sister Jane Mettler; and his father Jerome Levy. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Levy; his children, Jody Levy and Melissa Levy (Ryan Lien); his grandchildren, Raven and Roen Levy-Lien; his siblings-in-law, Neil Klein (Debra), Julie Teicher (Mark) and Joel Mettler; his mother Marise Levy; and his aunt Dolly Learner. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
