She is survived by: her sons, David Chernow (Julie) and Aaron Chernow (Molly); her grandchildren, Sophie Chernow, Annie Chernow, Jake Chernow, Ethan Chernow and Blair Chernow; her brother Dr. Richard Schwartz (Jane); her nephew Brian Schwartz (Jenny); her niece Jessica Weisman (Ethan); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sloane, Alec, Reese and Max. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
