He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Loch and Libbie Loch; his wife Patricia Ann; and his siblings, Ronald and Joyce Smith.

He is survived by: his children, Keith Loch (Jane) of Clarkston, Mark Loch (Denise) of Farmington Hills and Kelly Marouchoc (Steve) of Grand Rapids, Michigan.; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Erin, Allison, Elissa, John and Kaitlin.
