She is survived by: her sons, Michael Chafetz (Lori), Kenneth Chafetz (Tonia) and William Chafetz (Kathy Lyons); her grandchildren, Alex Chafetz, Jessika, Kasey Chafetz, Joey Chafetz and Danny Chafetz; her great grandchild Carson; and her sisters, Harriet and Elaine Klain (Elliott). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
