He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cook and Henrietta Cook; and his brother Arnold Cook. He is survived by: his wife Diane Cook; his children, Ken Cook, Laurie Lohstroh (Greg), Deb VanderZwaag (Jay), Marnie Sherretz (Greg) and Kevin Sherretz (Nicole); his grandchildren, Renee Nickoles (Todd), Amanda Bleich (Zach), George Lohstroh, Hailey Lohstroh, Maggie Lohstroh, Nicole Harthun (Zach), Dani VanderZwaag, Jamie VanderZwaag, Chance Sherretz (Jen), Madi Sherretz and Sawyer Sherretz; his great grandchildren, Seth, Ben, Emily Nickoles, McKayla, Jaiden, Myleigh, Marcus, Tristan Bleich, Axton Burton, Joel, Ellary and Lila Harthun; his sister Jaci Buswell (Jim); and his sisters-in-law, Ruth Cook, Sandy Wolters and Brenda Oliver (Terry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to Grace Lutheran Church in Baldwin, MI.
