He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Kowalski; his siblings, Jim, Judy, Dave (Barb) and Pat; his wife Lois Elaine; his daughters, Jayne, Amy (Philip), Sara and Jennifer (Daniel); his grandson Bryan (Karina); his great grandchildren, Lucas and Ian; his grandchild Cory (Jayne); his great grandchildren, Eleanor, Samuel, Elias, Gabriel Jerrold and Alyda; his granddaughter Karyn (Brent); his great grandchild Jackson; his grandchild Leigh (Ricky); his great grandchild Meadow; and his grandchildren, Paige (Bobby), Grace, Faith (Jason), F. Lewis, Alex (Grace), Elaina and Danae.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Jerry's church.
