It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Karl Sokolowski of Bitely, Michigan, who passed away on May 25, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sokolowski and Betty Jane Sokolowski; his brothers, Timmy and Tommy; and his nephew Josiah Sutton.
He is survived by: his children, Betty Sokolowski of Bitely, MI, Lewis John Sokolowski II and Mitchell Edward Sokolowski II; and his siblings, Jacob Sokolowski (Deb) of Midland, Pennsylvania, Mitchell Sokolowski (Elaine) of Muskegon, Frank Sokolowski (Vickie), Lake, Roy Sokolowski (Susan) of Whitehall, Arthur Sokolowski (Sherri) of Montague, Mark Sokolowski (LuAnne) of Bitely, Edward Sokolowski of Bitely, Andrew Sokolowski (Caren) of Linden and Linda Cook (John) of Montague.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at 6812 S Croton Hardy Dr, Newaygo, MI 49337.
