He is survived by: his wife Spring Bissell (Cobb); his daughter Jennie Bissell; and his siblings, Keith Bissell (Karen), Dean Bissell (Jamie), Scott Bissell, Vern Bissell (Sherry) and Ruth Bissell. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
