He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Bass; his children, Gene Bass Jr. (Carrie), Jason Bass, Jody Bass (Danielle) and Michael Carey (Amber); his brothers, Tim Bass and Rob Bass (Angelina); and his pet Buck Shot. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
