He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Goodrich Mulligan; his sister Martha Skelton; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Skelton and Thomas O'Connell. He is survived by: his father Carroll J. Mulligan; his wife Juliandra Roberts Mulligan; his sister Patricia O'Connell; his children, Sean Mulligan (Laura), Timothy Mulligan (Jennifer), Michael Mulligan (Carolyn) and Laura Lynn; and his grandchildren, Alex Ramirez, Lorenzo Ramirez, Kaitlyn Mulligan, Margaret Mulligan, Megan Mulligan, Patrick Mulligan, Benjamin Mulligan, Devin Mulligan, Ryan Jeffery and Jonathan Jeffery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests gifts be made to Hospice of Lenawee, The Salvation Army, or Michigan Opera Theater.
